We have had SO MANY compliments on that cake!!!!  It was both beautiful AND SO delicious! ...many people told me that they had had a second piece!!   It was exactly what we had hoped for, Katie.  We've never had one like it at any wedding we have every been to, and apparently, nobody else had, either.  It was SUCH a hit, and we know that you worked so hard on it to make it so very special.  It really was a spectacular cake, and we were JUST SO PLEASED!!  You can be assured that we will be back when there is another occasion for a special cake.  Can't thank you enough.  One of your BIGGEST FANS - Ellen

Oh Katie!
